Mother who couldn’t reach 911 calls for change following Rogers outage

A Toronto mother who could not call 911 when her son was injured in a rugby practice is calling for better protections for customers. On Friday, service was interrupted across Canada, causing issues paying for items, calling 911 and even accessing money from ATMs. Morganne Campbell has more.
