Jayland Walker: Biden says DOJ will take action if evidence shows criminal violations

Speaking in Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday, U.S. President Joe Biden commented on the fatal shooting of Jayland Walker in Akron, Ohio. Walker, a Black man, was shot last week more than 60 times following a traffic stop and foot chase. Biden said the FBI is continuing to co-ordinate with state and local partners, and if evidence reveals “potential violations of federal criminal statues,” the Department of Justice (DOJ) will take “appropriate action.”
