A Saanich man was left paralyzed after he was hit on his bike last summer is challenging ICBC’s no-fault insurance after going through the system himself. Tim Schober’s entire life was changed after the crash, but he says his background as a lawyer helps him stand up for those who many not be able to question ICBC themselves.
