U.S. President Joe Biden said Thursday as the NATO Summit wrapped up in Madrid, Spain, that world leaders he spoke to do not believe “America is going backward” despite the recent Supreme Court ruling removing the constitutional right to an abortion. However, he called the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade “destabilizing” and “outrageous.”
