Buntzen Lake parking reservation system runs into issues on first day

A reservation system to help with parking congestion at Buntzen Lake is being met with a failing grade on its first day. On the hottest day of the year, many spots were empty while people eager to get to the lake were turned away. Christa Dao explains.
