Winnipeg police shed light on a lengthy human trafficking investigation ‘Project Bluff’

Staff Sgt. Maria Koniuk of the Winnipeg Police Service spoke to Global news this morning about a lengthy human traffkicking investigation dubbed 'Project Bluff'. The investigation led to the conviction of 33 year-old Ferosh Tailor, who was handed a three year sentence. Winnipeg police say Project Bluff the first human trafficking investigation to yield such a substantial result.
