Canada may start warning cigarette smokers in a way no other country has

Despite years of warnings about cancer, heart and lung disease as well as death, 13 per cent of Canadians still smoke. But now, in an effort to lower tobacco use, the federal government is proposing something no other country has putting warning labels in places no one ever has — on individual cigarettes. But will this make any difference for smokers? Sharmeen Somani finds out.
