After a two-month hiatus, the one call, one appointment pediatric emergency hotline is back up and running. The service was originally created as a way to help unclog overcrowded pediatric emergency rooms at the height of the pandemic but was discontinued in March. While it relaunched on June 6, following public outcry, it’s unclear who exactly is able to use this service. Global News’ Felicia Parrillo reports.
