Premier John Horgan announces that B.C. will recognize the Tahltan Central Government‘s title and rights within its territory under the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act. Horgan says the agreement supports the collaboration to reopen a mine in northwestern B.C. that will benefit all.
