Protesters gathered in Houston, Texas as the National Rifle Association (NRA) forged ahead with its annual convention days after a mass shooting killed 19 children and two teachers at an elementary school in Uvalde. “We understand people have the right to bear arms but we have to be concerned about who gets the arms and how they get the arms and how they get licensed to get the arms,” one protester said.
