Quebec drops section of Bill 38, extending accessibility to assisted dying

The government is already making adjustments to the bill aiming to extend eligibility for the province’s assisted death legislation, one day after it was tabled. Quebec’s health minister backtracked by removing a controversial part of the proposed law in order to ensure it gets adopted quickly. Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports.
