Vancouver Police officer Justin Fraser was honoured, Monday, for a confrontation with a knife-wielding suspect that nearly cost him his life. In 2016, he was one of the first officers on the scene as a man stabbed a Canadian Tire employee and threatened another victim. Five years later, he received the Award of Valour.
