Ontario Liberal Leader Steven Del Duca presented his party’s fully-costed platform on Monday. The plan says it would balance the budget in four years but Del Duca says classroom size caps, healthcare and other priorities won’t be sacrificed in order to avoid deficits. Matthew Bingley reports.
