Ukraine’s deputy prime minister says all women, children and seniors were evacuated from the Azovstal steel mill in Mariupol. The plant has been under siege for weeks and remains the last Ukrainian outpost in the strategic port city. As Reggie Cecchini reports, Russian forces are working to complete their conquest of Mariupol in time for Victory Day.
