First major 4/20 event held in Vancouver since pandemic begins

There will be a bit of a “non-weather related cloud” over the Vancouver Art Gallery today as the annual 4/20 event returns to its original location. And while many things have changed in Canada’s approach to pot in recent years, organizers say many have remained the same. Andrea Macpherson has the story.
