Martin Griffiths, United Nations (UN) Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief, said Monday that a humanitarian ceasefire in Ukraine is “not on the horizon right now” but could be possible in the coming weeks, adding that Russia “are not putting local ceasefires at the top of their agenda.”
