The 22-year-old who died while working at Montreal’s Old Port Ferris wheel on Christmas day was honoured on Thursday. Riley Valcin posthumously received one of the province’s highest honours, a medal of the National Assembly. As Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, his family hopes his legacy will continue to inspire the next generation of youth in Montreal North.
