Defamation trial: Johnny Depp’s neighbour takes aim at Amber Heard’s ‘malicious lie’

Actor Johnny Depp is suing his ex-wife Amber Heard for defamation over her 2018 Washington Post op-ed, in which she spoke out about being a victim of domestic violence. On Day 2 of the trial, Depp’s neighbour and longtime friend Isaac Baruch expressed exasperation with how Heard’s “malicious lie” affected so many people.
