It has been five years since calorie listings became a mandatory addition to Ontario food menus. The Healthy Menu Choices Act aimed to help Canadians make healthier food choices. Award-winning registered dietitian Sue Mah spoke to host Noor Ibrahim about calories and diet culture, and reflecting on the changes she has seen since the Act was implemented.
