Nearly five months have passed since catastrophic flooding overwhelmed the Sumas Prairie in Abbotsford. On Monday, Abbotsford city council will be presented with four options to deal with future floods. But as Grace Ke reports, for some who live and work in the flood zone, the plans don’t hold water.
