Drivers in B.C. to receive one-time payment of $110

Help is on the way for drivers in British Columbia, who have dealt with skyrocketing gas prices, for the last month. ICBC will now be providing a one-time relief rebate. But as Andrea Macpherson reports, critics say – it just isn’t enough.
