It felt a lot like 2012 in downtown Montreal on Tuesday as over one thousand students loudly demonstrated in the streets demanding free university tuition. This comes exactly one decade after students protests dominated the city for months. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, some hope this marks the start of another Maple Spring.
