COVID-19: Nova Scotia to keep masks in schools until mid-April, but most measures still to lift March 21
Description
March 18, 2022
Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston spoke Friday ahead of the planned date of March 21 to lift most COVID-19 restrictions, saying while most will still be lifted, mandatory masking in schools will remain in place in congregate settings like schools, hospitals, long-term care and jails until mid-April. He said while masking will lift in all other places, it is still "strongly recommended" to mask in other places.
