After two unusually quiet “pandemic” St. Patrick’s days, the night of the Irish is returning to almost normal times this year. As Kristen Robinson reports, tomorrow also marks exactly two years since B.C.’s top doctor declared a public health emergency, to slow the spread of COVID-19, closing all bars and clubs immediately.
