Vehicle registered to Saskatchewan premier impounded in Vancouver

Global News has learned that a vehicle registered to the premier of Saskatchewan has been impounded in Vancouver. As Kristen Robinson reports, the driver behind the wheel – who was not the premier – was stopped by police for alleged impaired driving.
