Kim Potter sentenced to 2 years in prison for death of Daunte Wright

Former suburban Minneapolis, Minn. police officer Kim Potter was sentenced to two years in jail on Friday, two months after being convicted of first- and second-degree manslaughter in the April 2021 death of Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old Black motorist.
