Ottawa police chief resigns as convoy rolls on

Ottawa’s police chief has resigned as semi-trucks remain parked in the capital for 19 days. Peter Sloly is leaving the force just as the federal government called for use of the Emergencies Act. The Prime Minister said it’s justified, but one civil rights group is questioning that. Kyle Benning has more.
