Trucker protests: Coutts blockade dismantled in Alberta, allowing border operations to resume

Border operations in southern Alberta were able to resume on Tuesday after a blockade that paralyzed traffic for more than two weeks between the U.S. and Coutts, Alta., was dismantled.
