Ontario declares state of emergency amid ongoing protests

Premier Doug Ford denounced the protests both in the nation’s capital and on the border in Windsor Friday. While putting measures in place in a bid to move them along, the premier also attracted unwanted attention after a snowmobile trip and a secret recording. Matthew Bingley reports.
