As we enter the third year of the pandemic next month — some exciting news — all signs are pointing to a more normal spring and summer. Many of Toronto ‘s most popular festivals are preparing to welcome people back to in-person celebrations. Our Melanie Zettler met up with several festival organizers today to get the scoop on the party plans.
