Emergency Preparedness Minister and Queen’s Privy Council President Council Bill Blair called Monday for a trilateral table between the federal government, province and City of Ottawa to keep “lines of communication” open between the three levels of government and help bring about a swift end to the ongoing anti-mandate protests in the capital.
