Nova Scotians are dealing with the aftermath of a powerful Nor’easter that swept up from the United States over the weekend. Rapidly falling snow turned to freezing rain that left streets and sidewalks looking more like skating rinks. As Alexa MacLean reports, high winds also caused widespread outages.
