With construction projects underway all across the Okanagan–it’s not uncommon to see groundbreaking ceremonies. But one that was held in Kelowna today is pretty significant. Because as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it means more affordable units are on the way in what is considered a very expensive housing market.
