Ngola case ‘bad PR’ for immigration, doctor recruitment in New Brunswick

There are fears a COVID-19 controversy involving a New Brunswick doctor is causing other doctors to leave the province, and could undermine immigration efforts. Dr. Jean-Robert Ngola was blamed for causing an outbreak in Campbellton — although he claims he’s done nothing wrong. Ross Lord has more.
