Community leaders gather to commemorate Raphaël André one year after his death

It’s been one year since the death of a homeless man in Montreal, presumably caused by below freezing temperatures. A memorial was held Tuesday afternoon by community leaders for Raphaël André. Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports.
