B.C. makes changes to gender destination process

A big move today from the province for two-spirit, transgender and gender-diverse people in British Columbia. People will now be able to change the gender designations on their BC Services Card, B.C. drivers licence, B.C. ID card and birth certificate without the confirmation of a physician or psychologist.
