New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs announces on Thursday that the province will move to Level 3 of restrictions on the COVID-19 Alert System starting at 11:59 pm on Friday and for a period of 16 days. He reassured people that the restrictions will only last for that period and businesses and schools will be able to reopen afterwards.
