Quebec is reporting nearly 13,000 COVID-19 cases Tuesday, another record as the Omicron variant takes hold. With that, the ministry of health has announced new measures to help cope with increasing infection among health-care workers. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, unions say the new measure will put too many workers at risk.
