Nova Scotia's chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang said Tuesday the province was changing its testing strategy, with PCR testing now available only to those who are symptomatic or close contacts and have an increased risk of severe disease, live in a congregate setting or work in health-care. All others should get a rapid antigen test and isolate if they test positive.
