Description
December 20, 2021
It’s dubbed the most wonderful time of they year. But the holiday season can also be difficult for many people-with increased feelings of stress, anxiety, and loneliness.
Coupled with rapidly rising COVID-19 case counts this year and the re-introduction of several restrictions on social gatherings, experts say it is having a negative impact on many people’s mental health.
But as Tricia Mason tells us, support services are available.
