It's a chance for parents to learn how to teach their children the skills in self-regulation, to lessen the impacts of anxiety and depression. The Peterborough Public Library will host the presentation tonight. Public health nurse Leisa Baker joined The Morning Show on CHEX to explain the difference between self-regulation and self-control.
