As Quebec public health officials continues to warn about rising COVID-19 cases, many bars and restaurants are already feeling the effects. Reservations for big parties are being largely cancelled as people are worried. And as Dan Spector reports, some in the service industry are worried the usually profitable holiday season could be ruined, for a second year in a row.
