A Toronto boxer who trained at a Cabbagetown community centre is facing criminal charges after two Vancouver women were severely beaten in the coastal resort town of Playa del Carmen. As Sean O’Shea reports, one of the women sustained serious facial injuries and may not be able to return home for weeks.
