Concern over parking on Bertram Street

Parking in Kelowna, like in most other growing cities, is at a premium almost anywhere you go.
But some residents of one block of Bertram Street say it’s become almost impossible to find a spot to park during day, since construction started on a nearby condominium tower almost two years ago.
