B.C.’s Transportation Minister Rob Fleming gives an update Thursday about the state of highways in the province following the recent rain and slides. Highway 1 between Abbotsford and Hope opens Thursday and Highway 1 between Popkam and Hope has now reopened with some restricted flow near Bridal Falls.
