COVID-19: U.S. to require travellers to get test day before flying, extending mask mandate on planes

The White House announced Thursday that starting next week it would require all travellers flying into the U.S. to get a COVID-19 test no later than the day before their travel date, a change from the previous 72-hour requirement. President Joe Biden is also set to announce later Thursday that masks will remain required on planes, trains and buses until at least mid-March.
