On Friday, British Columbia Premier John Horgan announced a joint committee of federal and provincial ministers to assist with the province’s recovery following devastating floods and landslides. Horgan made the announcement alongside Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and said the committee would “make sure all of the issues that are before us as governments can be addressed in a timely way.”
