Newly-elected West Island mayors settling into new roles, setting priorities

As the four newly elected mayors in Montreal’s West Island get ready to run their suburban cities, they’re also preparing for renewed relations with the City of Montreal. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, they should also prepare for a projected increase in what suburban residents will have to pay Montreal for shared services.
