Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that he was “extremely concerned about the situation in British Columbia” and that the federal government is “providing supports in anyway we can,” adding “this is a real priority.” Torrential rains led to flooding and landslides on Sunday and Monday sweeping away vehicles, trapping hundreds of people and closing a number of highways in the province.
