B.C. floods: Abbotsford police chief describes ‘challenging’ situation facing first responders amid flooding

Abbotsford police chief Mike Serr described on Tuesday the “challenging” situation facing first responders as they worked to rescue motorist stranded by floodwaters across the B.C. city, stating that in at least one case they had to leave an area because their police cruisers were “going to be overcome by the water.”
